- Detail Information Sheet. Meet with you, the seller, in order to tour your home and create an extensive detail sheet on the property.
- Professional Photos. A professional photographer will take photos of your house. If necessary, we will stage the house for the photographer’s session.
- Brochure. Work with writers and graphic designers to produce a brochure in both English and in Spanish. (Cost of brochure to be paid by Coates/Dolan).
- Video. Produce a PowerPoint presentation about your home and upload it to the Coates/Dolan YouTube channel.
- Internet Exposure. Feature your home on the Coates/Dolan webpage.
- Open House. Coordinate an open house for local Realtors and interested third parties. At the open house, we will provide Realtors with brochures and a copy of the PowerPoint presentation, as well as photos and copy for website use. (Food and drinks provided by the seller).
- Timely Feedback. Schedule and attend all showings and provide you with written feedback within twenty-four hours of each showing.
- Prospects. Send out the listing to potential buyers in both the U.S. and Mexico.
- Realtor Exposure. Provide the listing to local Realtors and AMPI Realtors throughout Mexico.
